Last updated: April 7, 2026 · Lyvora AI: Exam Prep (“Lyvora”, “we”, “us”, “our”)
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Lyvora mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
Lyvora AI: Exam Prep is operated by the developer identified in the App Store listing. For privacy-related requests, contact us at lyvora.support@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:
- Account and profile data: If you create an account or sign in (e.g. via Apple or email), we may collect identifiers such as user ID, email address, and display name.
- Content you provide: Text you enter in the app, including study notes, questions, prompts, and other materials you submit for exam preparation or AI-assisted features.
- Usage and device data: App interactions, feature usage, crash logs, performance diagnostics, and device information such as device type, operating system version, and approximate locale (where permitted).
- Identifiers from Apple: If you use Sign in with Apple, Apple may share a user identifier with us according to Apple’s terms; we do not receive your Apple ID password.
We do not knowingly collect precise location data through GPS for advertising purposes. If we add location-based features, we will update this policy.
3. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including AI-powered exam prep features;
- Process your requests and personalize your experience where applicable;
- Monitor reliability, fix bugs, and improve security;
- Communicate with you about the Service, support, or important notices;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. AI and third-party processing
Some features rely on artificial intelligence or cloud services provided by third-party vendors (for example, model providers or hosting services). When you use those features, relevant portions of your input may be transmitted to those providers solely to generate responses and operate the Service. We select providers and configurations with care and require appropriate safeguards where contractually possible.
Do not submit highly sensitive personal data (such as government ID numbers, full medical records, or passwords for other services) unless the app explicitly asks for them for a necessary purpose.
5. Legal bases (EEA, UK, and similar regions)
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security, improvement, analytics compatible with privacy expectations), and consent where required (e.g. certain optional communications or cookies where relevant).
6. Sharing of information
We may share information with:
- Service providers who assist us (hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support tools, AI infrastructure), subject to confidentiality and purpose limitations;
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of users and the Service;
- A successor entity in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice as required by law.
We do not sell your personal information as “sale” is commonly defined under U.S. state privacy laws. We do not share personal information with third parties for their independent marketing without your consent.
7. Data retention
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described, unless a longer period is required by law. Retention periods depend on the nature of the data and our operational needs (for example, account data until you delete your account, subject to backup and legal holds).
8. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise these rights, contact lyvora.support@gmail.com. We may need to verify your request. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA; we honor applicable requests as required by law.
10. Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
11. International transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for transfers from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated through the app or by email where appropriate.
